Non-Smoking Facility. No Smoking, or in designated areas ONLY, as indicated.
The Area meeting will be held outside if at all possible, with social distancing practices in place, including masks when in close proximity to other members. If the weather does not cooperate, we have the use of the school and many rooms within, so social distancing and small groups will still be adhered to, including the requirement of masks while indoors. Lunch will be served in individual packaging, and the afternoon general assembly meeting will take place with social distancing measures in place if it is to be held inside the school.
There will be a Zoom component for the entire Area assembly for those that do not wish to attend in person. I cannot guarantee that Zoom participants will have full access to microphones, etc, but the assembly will be available for viewing. Please see email or contact your DCM for Zoom codes."

As a matter of note: Lori C. will be giving her Delegate's report from the General Service Conference, and the first round of nominations for Alternate Delegate and Delegate will take place, so your participation is greatly appreciated.
