Delegate

A person elected by the GSRs, DCMs, past delegates, present delegates and trustee at the IntraArea Assembly meeting to represent Central Michigan at the annual meeting of the General Service Conference.
The Delegate serves as a liaison for two years between the area groups and A.A. General Service Office. It is suggested that a Delegate have five years of continuous sobriety.

Alternate Delegate

The alternate serves as a valuable assistant, often traveling with the delegate or giving reports for them. They are on standby for the general service conference if the delegate cannot perform their duties as delegate.

The registrar is a crucial first point of contact for A.A. groups and trusted servant’s data. They maintain all group contact and location information. Keeps up to date contact information for GSRs, DCMs, district and area officers, and area committee members. Works with the G.S.O. to keep area information up to date.
